What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide — such as your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, location, the product you are interested in, your area size and your message — together with the page you sent it from.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange surveys, deliveries and installations, and provide after-sales support. We do not sell your personal information.
Our enquiry forms open WhatsApp with your details prefilled. Messages sent on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

Enquiries are stored securely in our website system and business WhatsApp account and are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
