Overview
Rubber Gym Flooring in Dubai & the UAE
Rubber is the workhorse of gym flooring. It absorbs impact from dropped dumbbells and plates, reduces noise and vibration travelling into the building, and gives athletes a stable, slip-resistant surface whether they are lifting, running intervals or stretching.
We supply rubber flooring as interlocking or square-edge tiles, rolls and speckled EPDM finishes, in the thickness that matches what you actually do in the room — from light cardio and functional training up to heavy Olympic lifting zones.

FAQs
Rubber Gym Flooring — common questions
What thickness of rubber flooring do I need?
For cardio and bodyweight areas 8–15 mm is usually enough. Free-weight areas typically use 15–30 mm, and heavy Olympic lifting or drop zones 30–50 mm. We confirm the right thickness after we know your equipment and the floor you are installing on.
Does new rubber flooring smell?
Some rubber has a mild smell for the first days after unpacking. Airing the room and damp-mopping speeds this up. Ask us for low-odour options if the gym is in a bedroom, office or enclosed space.
Can rubber flooring be installed over tiles or marble?
Yes. Rubber tiles and rolls can be laid over existing hard floors, which protects the original floor underneath. We check the level and condition of the surface during the site survey.
