For heavy deadlifts and Olympic lifts a platform adds a thicker, dedicated drop zone that protects tiles and reduces noise further.
What size platform do I need?
A 2 × 2 m platform suits most lifters. Olympic weightlifting often uses larger platforms. We size it to your bar and space.
Can a platform be moved?
Modular platforms and drop pads can be lifted and relocated; bonded platforms are fixed in place.
